The Secretariat serves as the professional and administrative engine of the County Assemblies Forum, ensuring the effective implementation of the Forum’s programmes, strategic priorities, and institutional objectives.
It provides technical expertise, policy coordination, research support, financial management, communication, partnership development, and operational leadership that enable County Assemblies to perform their constitutional mandate effectively.
Working closely with the Executive Committee, Speakers, Members of County Assemblies, development partners and stakeholders, the Secretariat ensures that CAF remains a strong, responsive and impactful institution supporting devolution throughout Kenya.
